Maybe Cera is trying to change his image from innocent sweetie to drugged-out indie groupie. Or he’s just nationalistic enough to be proud of fellow Canadians formed from ex-Unicorns members. Or he’s a straight-up fan. But in any case, the millionaire actor agreed to do a spot for the fledgling indie group that wasn’t exactly his usual role. Here, in a faux anti-drug made-for-the-classroom late ’70s era video, Cera plays a face-scratching drug addict who gets toooo higghhhhhhhh, man.

Then again, maybe this role is right on target for him. He is costumed in a typically slouchy hoody-sweatshirrt in the Juno palette of mustard-yellow and ketchup-red. And, like an adorable squirrel, he gets caught in a tiny tree, might. Yeah, he’s so adorable. Even when he’s a crack addict…
